Time will be given to you to go over your health through the decades and your family's overall health history. You'll also explore what and when you eat and drink so we can understand the energy levels you have at different times of the day.
Our job is to collect all this data from you and put it all in one big book for you to see clearly how 'The Elements' influence your body, mind and emotions.

During the course of six sessions, we work with you to map out your health history. You'll be given:
Soon after the end of the six sessions, you'll be presented with a Book of Wellbeing all of your own, personalised to your specific health and wellness journey.
We don't recommend any particular diet routine, nor tell you which medication to take, but we will give you ideas for delicious recipes we know you'll love and give you a list of vitamins and minerals that your body lacks.
During your first session, you'll be asked some questions regarding your mental, emotional and physical health. We'll concentrate on what's happening now and explore how these ailments are making you experience your emotions in general day-to-day life.
In this second Session, we'll be asking questions related to your character, behaviour and attitude. We'll also be exploring your eating plans and will ask you to track your food/fluid intake over the coming weeks.
You have lived with your ailments the whole of your life - to the point where they are probably 'in the background' enough for you to ignore them. In this session, we'll explore with you when they began, what started them and how you are managing them today.
You have lived with your ailments the whole of your life. But have you taken note of your possible hereditary illnesses? In this session, we'll explore with you who they began with, what started them and how they (and you) are managing them today.
Here, we branch out into the wider world. Rather than looking at your own body, we explore the environment you have created for yourself, your current home and what nutritional factors might be contributing to your health.
In this final session, we explore what you might like your life to be like, where you are going, which paths are open to you and explore how to obtain any goals you might wish for.
Each week, after our discussion and exploration of your health history, if you wish, you can have a therapy session specifically tailored to you. We work with a combination of:

As we ask the questions, we form a picture of your health story and provide you with motivational prompts, free documents to download and incentives to keep you on track.
As you complete each session, you'll be crafting a picture of detailed information.
Your Health History path aims to enlighten and educate you and, at the end, you'll be presented with your own personal 'Book of Life'

We offer a real-time personal service, in the comfort of your own home, even while you are on holiday.
The sessions are delivered over 6 sessions, preferably one 1.5 hour session each week, but we are flexible.
Between each session, you'll receive daily motivational and inspirational prompts and downloadable pdfs, to help you on your journey.
We take care of your personal information. It's your health history and no-one else is entitled to the contents but you.
1 x 1.5 hour sessions per week over 6 sessions.
Either weekly, at least 2 days prior to each session starting. Or, you can pay for all the six sessions in one go and save yourself funds. Your payment is via PayPal, with your credit/debit card.
We map out our diaries before the six sessions begin, and confirm the dates/times in the calendar. If you are not available, because of unforeseen circumstances, we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can use the time to help heal someone else.
There's a lot of 'talking' therapy that focuses on who is to blame, how bad the symptoms are, and what or who started it all. We don't. We're completely different and because of this, we get fast and effective results.
