Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and us. You buy information and services from us, and we offer the conditions below.

Agreement to:

• T&Cs: Our terms and conditions are to protect our clients and us.
• Payment: This is required before service begins by using the Book Now buttons provided on the Services page.
• Non-attendance: If you don't turn up to a session you have requested and arranged, payment in full for that session will be required.  
• Cancellation of session: At least 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations.
• Copyright: Kaye Bewley of Windmills Of The Mind retains copyright on all material produced on this website.
• Statement of Understanding: Before any therapy begins, we have a Statement of Understanding we both agree to.  This information explains GDPR requirements.
• Client Reference Code: To keep in line with GDPR requirements, we honour your privacy by allocating a reference code which will be quoted on all correspondence.
• Pragmatic Tracker database (Human Givens or PTSDResolutions, The Listening Centre):  Details will be logged online to enable client and service provider the ability to track progress through the therapy journey.
• Rules for client behaviour: we do not expect any unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.  We treat everybody equally and expect the same respect in return.  
• Recording: We reserve the right to record consultations with clients, if we feel safety is of concern.
• Agreement: We will disable client accounts if we are unable to come to an agreement.
• Any errors or omissions:  Please help us to keep it in line with expectations by informing us if links are not working.
