This therapy aims to heal your mind and emotions, so you can relax your body and release yourself from the turmoil you are experiencing from any number of challenges that stem from anxiety, such as; worry, grief, depression, trauma or relationship issues.
Anxiety lies at the heart of our emotions but the symptoms you experience may be just the tip of the iceberg. Take a quick look at the diagram here. You'll find Anxiety is at the centre of much of the emotional turmoil that people experience.
Understanding anxiety is crucial. Once you do, you can begin to get to the root of the emotional turmoil you have. Learning new coping skills, through both conscious and subconscious learning, helps you overcome anxiety-related symptoms.
As a psychotherapist and coach, my role is to listen and give guidance on how to identify and master these emotional experiences. Once you recognise the symptoms and learn the basic skills to tackle those symptoms, you can begin to get the life you want - free of anxiety.
